Located at the systemwide University of California Humanities Research Institute and hosted at UC Irvine, the Digital Media and Learning Research Hub is dedicated to analyzing and interpreting the impact of the Internet and digital media on young people’s learning and its potential for transforming education.
All of the DML Research Hub’s activities – which include two interdisciplinary research networks, a collaborative blog, an annual conference, and a weeklong summer institute for junior scholars – are supported by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation’s Digital Media and Learning Initiative.
