Join the English Language Learner University (ELL-U) on Wednesday, August 15 for a webinar open house of the ELL-U online campus and community activities.
ELL-U is funded through the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Vocational and Adult Education. ELL-U provides English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) practitioners with access to a network of high-quality online professional development and learning opportunities. Using ELL-U, practitioners can access evidence-based training, online courses, access to leading adult ESOL experts, and resources, while helping to build a community of practice for ESOL professionals.
During this webinar participants will learn about ELL-U and how they can engage in free professional development activities targeted towards educators working with adult English Language Learners, as well as resources available to state leaders and professional developers working with educators.
